Welcome to Pawsome Plushies. This store is operated by Westengen Studio, a sole proprietorship registered in Norway (organization number 937 785 704), Hakadal, Nittedal, Norway. By using our website and placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Our products

We sell toys and accessories for pets. Product photos and descriptions are as accurate as we can make them; minor variations in color or pattern can occur. Always supervise your pet with any new toy and remove damaged toys.

2. Orders & payment

When you place an order, you'll receive an order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors; if we cancel, you'll be refunded in full. Prices are shown at checkout, including any applicable taxes.

3. Shipping & delivery

See our Shipping Policy. Orders are shipped from partner warehouses. Orders ship in 1-3 business days, and US delivery takes 7-14 business days; international orders typically arrive in 7-21 days. US shipping is free on orders of $35 or more and $5.99 below that.

4. Returns & refunds

See our Refund Policy: 30-day returns on unused items, personalized items are final sale, and full replacement or refund for damaged, defective or incorrect items.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, images and branding, belongs to Pawsome Plushies or its content suppliers and may not be reproduced without permission.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pawsome Plushies is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
