We sell toys and accessories for pets. Product photos and descriptions are as accurate as we can make them; minor variations in color or pattern can occur. Always supervise your pet with any new toy and remove damaged toys.

2. Orders & payment

When you place an order, you'll receive an order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors; if we cancel, you'll be refunded in full. Prices are shown at checkout, including any applicable taxes.

3. Shipping & delivery

See our Shipping Policy. Orders ship in 1–3 business days with US delivery typically in 7–15 days; free US shipping over $40.

4. Returns & refunds

See our Refund Policy — 30-day happy returns on unused items, and full replacement or refund for damaged, defective or incorrect items.
