We keep shipping simple and honest. Pawsome Plushies is operated by Westengen Studio (Norway). Orders are fulfilled and shipped from our partner warehouses (supplier fulfillment).

Processing and delivery

Ships in 1-3 business days · Delivery in 7-14 business days. You'll receive an email with tracking as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take 2-3 days to start updating once your parcel is on the move.

Shipping costs (US)

• Free shipping on orders of $35 or more.
• Orders under $35: $5.99 standard shipping.

The exact shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Christmas

Order by December 1 for Christmas delivery with standard shipping.

We also ship to many other countries. International orders typically arrive in 7-21 days. Enter your address at checkout to see the options for your country.

Returns

30-day returns on unused items in their original packaging. Personalized and engraved items are made to order and are final sale. Damaged, defective or wrong items are always replaced or refunded. See our Refund Policy.

Delays

Occasionally carriers run slow (weather, peak season, customs). If your order hasn't arrived within the expected window, contact us at support@pawsomeplushies.com and we'll track it down.
