Shipping is free on orders over $35. Under $35 it's a flat $5.99, and you always see the exact amount at checkout before you pay.

Orders ship in 1–3 business days, then delivery takes 7–14 business days. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take 2–3 days to start updating.

Personalized items (engraved collars, name tags, custom hoodies) are made to order: add 2–3 days before dispatch, so they ship in 3–5 business days.

Order by December 1 for Christmas delivery with standard shipping.

Ordering for Halloween or a birthday? Please order early. We can't speed up the carrier once a parcel is on its way.

On personalized products you type your pet's name in the box on the product page before adding to cart. We make it exactly as typed, so please double-check the spelling.

A phone number field only appears on products that actually engrave or print a number, like the engraved leather collar and the silicone ID tag, and a photo upload only appears where the product offers it. If a product page has no personalization box, that product isn't personalized.

Non-personalized items can be returned within 30 days of delivery if they're unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect. See our Refund Policy for the details.

Personalized and engraved items are made to order for your pet, so they are final sale. If yours arrives defective, damaged, or different from what you typed, email us a photo within 30 days and we'll replace it free.

Most of our plushies are soft polyester plush or fleece with PP cotton filling and a squeaker; some add crinkle material. Toys in the Chew-Proof collection use reinforced fabric or rubber and are built for stronger chewers. Materials are listed on each product page.

No dog toy is indestructible. Supervise play, and take away any toy that is torn or coming apart.

Apparel and costumes usually run XS–XXL (some go further, so check the chart on each product page). Measure three things: neck where a collar sits, chest around the widest part just behind the front legs, and back length from the base of the neck to the base of the tail. Compare with the product's size chart, and if your pet is between sizes, size up. Where a product runs small, we say so on its page.

Always supervise your dog in costume. Make sure they can see, breathe and move freely, and remove any small parts they could chew off. Take the costume off if your pet seems stressed, overheated or uncomfortable. Costumes are for short, supervised wear, not all day.
