How long does delivery take?
Orders ship in 1–3 business days, and delivery typically takes 7–15 days within the US. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Is shipping free?
Yes — US shipping is free on orders over $35. Below that it's a flat $7.99, shown at checkout before you pay.

What's your return policy?
30-day returns. If you or your pet aren't satisfied, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll sort out a return or replacement. See our full Refund Policy.

My item arrived damaged, what do I do?
Email us a photo within 30 days and we'll send a replacement or refund you in full. No need to ship the damaged item back.

Which toys suit heavy chewers?
Check our Chew-Proof collection for solid rubber and durable builds. Soft plushies are made for play and snuggles, not power-chewing, so supervise enthusiastic chewers.

How do I pick the right size?
Choose a toy bigger than your dog can swallow. When in doubt, size up. Size guidance is on each product page.

What are the plushies made of?
Most plush toys are soft fleece or short plush with PP cotton filling; durable toys are TPR rubber. Materials are listed on each product page.

How do I clean them?
Plush toys: spot-clean or gentle hand wash, air dry. Rubber toys: rinse with warm water and mild soap.

You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. Tracking can take 2–3 days to start updating.

Can I change or cancel my order?
