30-Day Happy Returns

We want you and your pet to love what you ordered. If you're not satisfied, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery.

How to start a return

  1. Email support@pawsomeplushies.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and what's wrong.
  2. We'll reply within 1 business day with instructions for your specific item.
  3. Please don't send anything back before you've heard from us, as parcels returned without instructions can't be tracked or refunded.
  4. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Conditions

  • Items must be unused, in like-new condition, and in their original packaging.
  • For hygiene reasons, used pet toys can't be restocked, but if something is wrong with the product, we'll still make it right.
  • Where a return is required, return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

DIY name charm sets

DIY name charm sets (collar and letter charm sets you put together yourself) are not custom-made, so they have standard 30-day returns when unused and in their original packaging.

Personalized and engraved items

Personalized and engraved items (for example engraved collars, ID tags, name-print items and photo or name hoodies) are made to order for your pet, so they are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for a different size, colour or spelling. If a personalized item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you typed at checkout, email us a photo within 30 days and we will replace it free.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, email us a photo within 30 days and we'll make it right with a free replacement or a full refund.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. If you haven't received it after that, check with your bank or card provider, then contact us and we'll chase it.
