30-Day Happy Returns

We want you — and your pet — to love what you ordered. If you're not satisfied, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery.

How to start a return

1. Email support@pawsomeplushies.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. We'll reply with return instructions and the return address.
3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll issue your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Conditions

• Items must be unused, in like-new condition, and in their original packaging.
• For hygiene reasons, used pet toys can't be restocked — but if something is wrong with the product, we'll still make it right.
• Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, email us a photo within 30 days. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund — you don't need to ship the item back.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. If you haven't received it after that, check with your bank or card provider, then contact us and we'll chase it.
